consultants will carry out an analysis to identify any issues related to compliance/performance matters and provide an in-depth action plan to assist in providing service specific solutions. We have Behaviour Practitioners who can address action plans and issues related to Positive Behaviour Support or issues related to negative closed cultures within services.

Our journey began with a passion for improving healthcare services. At Rappo Healthcare Consultancy, we offer mentoring and compliance-related support for residential homes, supported living and domiciliary care, including support for new CQC registration processes, and coaching for those who want to become care providers.
We also provide both short-term and long-term complex care Registered Managers and well trained Support Workers with experience in Positive Behaviour Support. We started with a vision to make a positive impact on the quality of care.
